I was a key designer on the platform redesign, leading the overhaul of the dashboard experience. My work included gathering requirements, analyzing task flows, writing user stories, and creating wireframes and prototypes. As part of the full platform rebuild, I also introduced UX processes, educated teams on UX practices, and developed design standards for the organization.
